1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Please note: Mattresses, assembled furniture, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
2. Return Process

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the appropriate return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.

We do not accept returns sent without prior approval from our customer service team.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return we will process your refund within 2 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

We will work with you to offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in process and may require you to follow the return policy.
